Valindel setting

• Small woven leaf like motifs on each side, framed by small filigree.
• Band opens up into a split shank, imitating an arch on each side. This ring was inspired by architecture and what I would imagine fantasy arch ways and buildings would look like.
• Each split shank side is around 1.7mm, total width around 3.7-3.8mm.
• Back of band has a small smooth portion for easy resizing.
• This is a higher profile setting but very safe, since the metal is shaped into a cathedral style setting/look. It is very comfortable to wear and quite hardy in size/metal, making it very durable for everyday wear.
• Please note that this setting is for medium to lager size centers. While it can work with any shape, I would generally recommend a stone at least 8mm in length to really give enough room to let the metalwork to show. This would only work with larger round centers, probably 8-9mm +. Elongated shapes (marquise, oval, elongated hexagon, pear) will work very well with this setting!
• Cast in your choice of solid 14k gold, 18k gold, or platinum
